Davis Edgework’s knives are functional pieces of art; razor sharp, balanced and meant to last.

Any experienced chef will tell you that a sharp, well made knife makes all the difference in the preparation, flavor and appearance of a meal.

Our blades are made of carbon steel or VG 10 Damascus, the handles are made with everything from local Manzanita Burl to South American Quebracho wood.

Accent pieces include Jade, Nickel Silver and even brass bullet shells.
